GBi spoke 2 separate times to… i spoke 2 separate times to representatives that were overseas. They did not document the arrangement that I made. I continue to get more emails and more phone calls today Tuesday, April 9 I received a call and answered and spoke with a lovely gentleman who spent much time with me and helped me get everything straightened out, and I made the past due payment with him immediately I was under the understanding that my account was set up to be an automatic withdrawal, but I was mistaken.

GBI had my personal checking account… I had my personal checking account hacked TWICE IN UNDER 40 days by low life trashy scum. This put me two months behind. When I called Verve to settle up I began by telling the RUDE AND DISMISSIVE too young for the job woman I had POLICE REPORT numbers to give them, she declined to take down the information for my file.
