GBI had my personal checking account… I had my personal checking account hacked TWICE IN UNDER 40 days by low life trashy scum. This put me two months behind. When I called Verve to settle up I began by telling the RUDE AND DISMISSIVE too young for the job woman I had POLICE REPORT numbers to give them, she declined to take down the information for my file. I asked for a manager and she refused to send and route my call thru to the appropriate supervisor. Trash Customer Service.
