GBLove this company and the customer service rep that helped me solve my request. Hi, I’ve been a customer since Jan or Feb. Today I called in for help. The customer service rep was superb. He was patient and spoke at an ideal pace like we were familiar with one another. This makes me feel like family. I explained my circumstances and he was compassionate and he said “I’m sorry,” more than once (so sweet). It’s a unique experience when you can call and not feel like a burden or misunderstood. Thank you Verve for being a breath of fresh air and peacefulness. I’m a happy customer.
