GBClaim my payment was not made when the… Claim my payment was not made when the money was never taken from my account. It is always reversed but not from my bank. It takes 14 days to post then they claim my bank denied the payment even though my bank says it was never taken out. The only way to make a payment is to speak to someone who hardly speaks English. Would not recommend

GBi spoke 2 separate times to… i spoke 2 separate times to representatives that were overseas. They did not document the arrangement that I made. I continue to get more emails and more phone calls today Tuesday, April 9 I received a call and answered and spoke with a lovely gentleman who spent much time with me and helped me get everything straightened out, and I made the past due payment with him immediately I was under the understanding that my account was set up to be an automatic withdrawal, but I was mistaken.
