GBI was able to reach customer service… I was able to reach customer service with less than a 10 second hold, compared to other times of the day...my concerns were addressed in less than 15 minutes in two different departments by two knowledgeable and understanding representatives....Thank you!

GBWhat a pleasure!!! Other credit card companies can definitely take a lesson from Verve. Their customer service team handled my fraud alert with caring, respect and professionalism. They were thorough, but without making me feel like a criminal. And, they explained how and why it happened, and how to avoid it from happening in the future. Now, that's what I call excellent customer service!!!

GBI had my personal checking account… I had my personal checking account hacked TWICE IN UNDER 40 days by low life trashy scum. This put me two months behind. When I called Verve to settle up I began by telling the RUDE AND DISMISSIVE too young for the job woman I had POLICE REPORT numbers to give them, she declined to take down the information for my file. I asked for a manager and she refused to send and route my call thru to the appropriate supervisor. Trash Customer Service.
