I had my personal checking account… I had my personal checking account hacked TWICE IN UNDER 40 days by low life trashy scum. This put me two months behind. When I called Verve to settle up I began by telling the RUDE AND DISMISSIVE too young for the job woman I had POLICE REPORT numbers to give them, she declined to take down the information for my file. I asked for a manager and she refused to send and route my call thru to the appropriate supervisor. Trash Customer Service.

Missed February Payment As I totally missed getting my February payment on time. I called and spoke with a young man who I could actually understand and whom has a very visual but professional phone manners. Very helpful he was!

GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE REP the customer service rep was very patient and very thorough he listened and wasn't in a rush to end the call. if he is not a lead or manager then he needs to be and he also needs a raise
