What a pleasure!!! Other credit card companies can definitely take a lesson from Verve. Their customer service team handled my fraud alert with caring, respect and professionalism. They were thorough, but without making me feel like a criminal. And, they explained how and why it happened, and how to avoid it from happening in the future. Now, that's what I call excellent customer service!!!
