GBYour system would not allow me to sign…Unresolved Your system would not allow me to sign in- still unresolved after spending 20+ minutes on the phone and telling the story twice to two reps. Frustrating for all involved- they are not sure of why your system would not "grant access" no matter which browser was tried!

GBMy experience with this Card has been… My experience with this Card has been very positive. I have had 2 issues with my Card and they resolved it in a timely manner. They also increased my credit limit without me requesting. The only problem I have is the annual fee.

GBI’ve had two cards from this bank for a… I’ve had two cards from this bank for a few years now. Used both out of the US many times and it always worked fine. The 330-1000 thing I don’t understand I was started off at 1,500 on both and now one is 2,000 and the other is 1,800. I guess you pay quickly you get more credit quickly. Not with traditional bank credit cards I’ll tell you that.

GBAmazing customer service from Danlyn Chatman I had the pleasure of speaking with Danlyn Chatman today and she was such a sweet person. I lost my voice and she acted sweet the whole time having so much patience while she helped my husband and I with our 4 cards. She was kind, professional and very helpful. I just want to make sure and do a survey for her and would love it if someone could do something nice for her. She definitely deserves it!
