I do not recommend. I went online to make a payment and the website would not let me. I tried several times with different dates and amounts and received an error message each time. I called the Customer Service number and had to navigate through the computerized phone menu that really didn't work (as in it says 'say what you want help with' but it does not recognize any commands you say). Just when I thought I was about to be connected with a Customer Service Representative, it hung up on me. This is some kind of scam to prevent people from making their payments so Cerulean can charge late fees and interest.

Excellent customer service skills I spoke with James H. and he took his time and addressed everything that I called about! He was a pleasure talking to & he went above and beyond!! Great customer service!!!

Corinne was awesome Corinne was awesome! She was very polite and professional! She took care of my problem with eagerness and not dead. Just a great experience for having to deal with an irritating issue.
