She is the best representative I've ever has the pleasure to deal with. All companies should follow in her footsteps. The second representative is Kayanna Lee. Great Card. Great Customer Service. When I called the Cerulean customer service, the rep was super polite and helpful. He listened to my problem and resolved it almost immediately -- without putting me through the ringer. Other credit card companies can learn a lesson from Cerulean/Verve.

Amazing customer service from Danlyn Chatman I had the pleasure of speaking with Danlyn Chatman today and she was such a sweet person. I lost my voice and she acted sweet the whole time having so much patience while she helped my husband and I with our 4 cards. She was kind, professional and very helpful.
