I do not recommend. I went online to make a payment and the website would not let me. I tried several times with different dates and amounts and received an error message each time. I called the Customer Service number and had to navigate through the computerized phone menu that really didn't work (as in it says 'say what you want help with' but it does not recognize any commands you say). Just when I thought I was about to be connected with a Customer Service Representative, it hung up on me. This is some kind of scam to prevent people from making their payments so Cerulean can charge late fees and interest.

When I called him for the fifth time… When I called him for the fifth time after, just trying to get my card sent to the correct address this individual is very helpful way more helpful than the previous people I have spoken to. I have to be honest. The whole process was extremely frustrating. It does not, and should not take a month to receive your card after being approved.

I was having a difficult time… I was having a difficult time connecting via the internet and I am still having those challenges. After speaking with Javier and Heather, mostly Heather she was able to help get me into the app and I will use that for now. She was very attentive and supportive.

My experience with this Card has been… My experience with this Card has been very positive. I have had 2 issues with my Card and they resolved it in a timely manner. They also increased my credit limit without me requesting. The only problem I have is the annual fee.
