GB😃Agent Lisa answered phone promptly… 😃Agent Lisa answered phone promptly after pressing the *, she spoke very clearly and was very knowledgeable about all my questions concerning my credit card. She even stayed on the phone while I signed into my mobile app to make sure I could actually choose my pin for Atm withdraws. She also explained to me what my daily allowance was.😃

GBWhen I called him for the fifth time… When I called him for the fifth time after, just trying to get my card sent to the correct address this individual is very helpful way more helpful than the previous people I have spoken to. I have to be honest. The whole process was extremely frustrating. It does not, and should not take a month to receive your card after being approved.

GBYour system would not allow me to sign…Unresolved Your system would not allow me to sign in- still unresolved after spending 20+ minutes on the phone and telling the story twice to two reps. Frustrating for all involved- they are not sure of why your system would not "grant access" no matter which browser was tried!
