Pleasant and Cheerful Lisa! Lisa was an absolute pleasure to speak with! She was cheerful, friendly, efficient and accurate. It's very rare to come across such a pleasant individual when calling to discuss your bill but she made it a very pleasant experience and I would hire her to work in my call center any day!

I’ve had two cards from this bank for a… I’ve had two cards from this bank for a few years now. Used both out of the US many times and it always worked fine. The 330-1000 thing I don’t understand I was started off at 1,500 on both and now one is 2,000 and the other is 1,800. I guess you pay quickly you get more credit quickly. Not with traditional bank credit cards I’ll tell you that.
