GBI have called 4 different times I have called 4 different times in the last hour. Trying to report fraud & so now my card is blocked, which is fine, but no one can seem to connect me to the right people to report fraud. I give up & will fight the battle tomorrow. Just as a follow up, Credit Card Company reached out to me this morning. Very nice man, Brian, helped me understand what was going to happen with fraudulent charges. New card should come in 7 to 14 days.

She is the best representative I've ever has the pleasure to deal with. All companies should follow in her footsteps. The second representative is Kayanna Lee. She is making a strong attempt to follow in her footsteps. Kind and very polite.

GB😃Agent Lisa answered phone promptly… 😃Agent Lisa answered phone promptly after pressing the *, she spoke very clearly and was very knowledgeable about all my questions concerning my credit card. She even stayed on the phone while I signed into my mobile app to make sure I could actually choose my pin for Atm withdraws. She also explained to me what my daily allowance was.😃

GBPleasant and Cheerful Lisa! Lisa was an absolute pleasure to speak with! She was cheerful, friendly, efficient and accurate. It's very rare to come across such a pleasant individual when calling to discuss your bill but she made it a very pleasant experience and I would hire her to work in my call center any day!
