GBGood service, but disorganized They shipped the gold/silver relatively fast, and it arrived packaged well. When I ask them to store my gold/silver again, though, they said they didn't see my stack of 10 1 oz silver rounds. When I asked them about it, it took them 3 weeks to find it. I shipped my silver to them all in one box. They shouldn't have been able to misplace the 10 oz stack of silver if it all came in one box.

GBThe shipping is delayed compared to my previous supplier I changed the stars back from 3 to 5. My first purchase with them after checking to make sure they are not a scam site. There has been some delay in receiving my order compared to my previous supplier, but I guess they use a different shipping rate. I am looking for make further purchases if the material is within my expectation. I got response back to my email, and phone call.
