Customer service picked up the phone right away and verified wire xfer numbers, trade executed and shipped quickly, proper tracking/signature required protocols. Very nicely done GoldSiver, I'll be ordering from you again. I almost never give 5 stars because nothing is perfect, so 4 is a very high mark here.

TWGoldSilver has saved my life… GoldSilver has saved my life financially--this is not hyperbole. Mike Maloney's free YouTube videos gave me priceless education after the 2008 fiasco, providing me the knowledge to start buying PM in 2009. As an expat I find the InstaVault program brilliant--I can't take cross-border delivery of product here in Taiwan, but it is available (cheaply!) for when I do go back to America, or even if i want to sell for cash delivery abroad. Younger investors: take the advice of an old geezer and save yourself the costly mistakes through which I arrived at financial awareness. Call GoldSilver yesterday! GBGreat Experience! Will Invest Again. Thanks Mike for helping to open my eyes to the 'scam' that fiat currency is. History says Gold and Silver is real money and the investment/hedge wise people run to when the economy hits troubled waters. Fed keeps printing currency and with Covid restrictions lifting, velocity will increase... into severely troubled waters shortly. Purchasing power of Dollar is NOT getting stronger and National debt will NEVER get paid off. Default/Reset on the horizon. Get ready people! Thanks again Mike. The process was easy. Price beat others in comparison. Shipping was quick and straight to my door. Wife and I are extremely happy!

GBGood service, but disorganized They shipped the gold/silver relatively fast, and it arrived packaged well. When I ask them to store my gold/silver again, though, they said they didn't see my stack of 10 1 oz silver rounds. When I asked them about it, it took them 3 weeks to find it. I shipped my silver to them all in one box. They shouldn't have been able to misplace the 10 oz stack of silver if it all came in one box.
