Customer service picked up the phone right away and verified wire xfer numbers, trade executed and shipped quickly, proper tracking/signature required protocols. Very nicely done GoldSiver, I'll be ordering from you again. I almost never give 5 stars because nothing is perfect, so 4 is a very high mark here.

GBI had my gold sent from storage to my… I had my gold sent from storage to my home. The representative Devon kept me informed every step of the way. I was a little nervous about it because I needed to sign for it when it arrived at my house. Because it was so smooth, and Devon was on top of it the whole time with updates, I wouldn’t hesitate to have Goldsilver ship to me at anytime. Great job!!

CALong delays to sell your metals from storage They were great to deal with when buying my metals for storage with them. However, beware, it's a long process with little communication when the time comes to sell them. I understand there can be delays, but it's been over a month and counting! The reason I chose GoldSilver was Mikes assurance that metals were kept outside the banks, and so readily and easily liquidated, unlike stocks etc. Clearly not the case

Mike Maloney's free YouTube videos gave me priceless education after the 2008 fiasco, providing me the knowledge to start buying PM in 2009. I have been buying product from GoldSilver since 2019, with flawless service and prompt answers from the helpful staff (thanks Sammy and Travis) to my ignorant questions. Just recently after a natural disaster in Taiwan led to force majeure suspension of bank operation, just as my payment for an InstaVault purchase was due, the GoldSilver team honorably extended my payment deadline. TO MY FELLOW SENIOR CITIZENS: there is still time to escape the imminent 'retirement trap'. Save your hard-acquired wealth; watch Mike Maloney's free videos, get in touch with the GoldSilver folks, and put every available cent into precious metals through them. As an expat I find the InstaVault program brilliant--I can't take cross-border delivery of product here in Taiwan, but it is available (cheaply!) for when I do go back to America, or even if i want to sell for cash delivery abroad. Younger investors: take the advice of an old geezer and save yourself the costly mistakes through which I arrived at financial awareness. Call GoldSilver yesterday!
