Joseph was excellent! Just had an initial orientation session with Joseph C. He was very professional, very knowledgeable, and quite helpful getting me set up to begin simulation trading on Ninjatrader. Joseph told me to reach back out to him whenever I need more help and I'll certainly do that.

Five (5) Stars for NinjaTrader Support Rep Clayton... Support Representative Clayton was assigned to my case involving a "read-only" database issue. Clayton was responsive both via email and telephone/remote service. Though partial resolution to the problem was resolved, Clayton suggested that my IT join the troubleshooting effort. Clayton provided step-by-step guidance for my IT to further troubleshoot, from which the issue was ultimately satisfactorily resolved. The root cause turned out to be a recent update to Avast Anti-Virus. Clayton was at all times Calm, Professional and Forthcoming in detailing the steps he was taking to resolve the issue.
