THNinjaTrader is ripping you off I deeply regret having bought the NinjaTrader Lifetime license 5 years ago. I can't even open an account with my purchased lifetime license. There is no response to emails and if the support respond, they are absolutely not helpful. This is by far the worst customer service I have encountered. Nobody cares that I have paid a lot of money for the software that I can't access today. It's all about cashing in. Before purchasing NinjaTrader, I received of course all the attention.

GBJoseph was very patient and answered… Joseph was very patient and answered all of my questions. He also made himself available should I have further questions on the platform. It was a good experience.

He not only took care of everything I needed, but went beyond by informing me of so many things that could help me that I would have never known to ask for.
