Adrain B Adrain B, was excellent in following up. Our time zone difference was between changes in Daylight Savings times and Singapore. Their day is close to my midnight. Adrain was polite and effective in reinstalling my NinjaTrader 8 to my local computer, rather than the previous install that went to OneDrive automatically, without my knowledge. Adrian was able to migrate my templates and settings over correctly, without me having to redo them again. It Saved me a lot of Time! Thank you Adrian B. I'm new to NinjaTrader I'm new to NinjaTrader. The platform is easy to trade on, but difficult to maneuver to other pages and to find help. I'm sure I'll get used to it. The first time I made a deposit it was available the next day. I requested another deposit 3 days ago, it came out of my bank account the next morning and still has not appeared on my NinjaTrader account. I got a margin call and a fine yesterday. Today I'm just out of the deposit. I'm told there is a 3 day hold? It's been over 3 days.not at all like any other platform I've used before. I'm sure I'll learn my way around - eventually. The charts and ladder are easy to use.
