GBJoseph was excellent! Just had an initial orientation session with Joseph C. He was very professional, very knowledgeable, and quite helpful getting me set up to begin simulation trading on Ninjatrader. Joseph told me to reach back out to him whenever I need more help and I'll certainly do that.

GBMy platform hung My platform hung, Scheduled a phone support. The tech was super knowledgeable, but what I liked to most was the ease of communication, he understood every thing I said and I understood him. He's sharp keep him, also I asked him how to duplicate a chart, he showed me how, it's so easy (once you know the magic trick) love the software and the support. Thanks

THNinjaTrader is ripping you off I deeply regret having bought the NinjaTrader Lifetime license 5 years ago. I can't even open an account with my purchased lifetime license. There is no response to emails and if the support respond, they are absolutely not helpful. This is by far the worst customer service I have encountered. Nobody cares that I have paid a lot of money for the software that I can't access today. It's all about cashing in. Before purchasing NinjaTrader, I received of course all the attention.
