I'm new to NinjaTrader I'm new to NinjaTrader. The platform is easy to trade on, but difficult to maneuver to other pages and to find help. I'm sure I'll get used to it. The first time I made a deposit it was available the next day. I requested another deposit 3 days ago, it came out of my bank account the next morning and still has not appeared on my NinjaTrader account. I got a margin call and a fine yesterday. Today I'm just out of the deposit. I'm told there is a 3 day hold? It's been over 3 days.not at all like any other platform I've used before. I'm sure I'll learn my way around - eventually. The charts and ladder are easy to use.

Often times people take their time to… Often times people take their time to write a negative review based on a bad interaction very few take thr time to write a good one. I had an amazing interaction with my support agent. He was very kind knowledgeable and thorough he went above and beyond the call of duty by helping me connect all of my account. Joshua's help in customer service was… Joshua's help in customer service was OUTSTANDING. I trade Tradovate which Ninja Trader ownes and operates as a second trading platform. He help on three totally unrelated problems with answers and links supporting his response. I have not had such support like this in years by ANY company.
