VNvery poor support, There are often errors, when I make a transaction I have to record a video as proof. I am having negative balance error when trading but nt8 does not resolve it for me and blames me with unreasonable reasons. I sent proof including photos and videos but you still haven't resolved it for me. terrible.

GBFive (5) Stars for NinjaTrader Support Rep Clayton... Support Representative Clayton was assigned to my case involving a "read-only" database issue. Clayton was responsive both via email and telephone/remote service. Though partial resolution to the problem was resolved, Clayton suggested that my IT join the troubleshooting effort. Clayton provided step-by-step guidance for my IT to further troubleshoot, from which the issue was ultimately satisfactorily resolved. The root cause turned out to be a recent update to Avast Anti-Virus. Clayton was at all times Calm, Professional and Forthcoming in detailing the steps he was taking to resolve the issue.
