GBSoftware corrupted, system caused by several connection failures I was not able to connect to Ninja Trader and called Help desk. I received an email and filled in the information that included: phone number, problem, times I knew I would be available and the help software I already had on my computer. It took Christopher only a few minutes to correct the problem. He was polite, easy to talk to as I explained the problem and how he corrected the problem. Great job, thanks, Lyle

GBFive (5) Stars for NinjaTrader Support Rep Clayton... Support Representative Clayton was assigned to my case involving a "read-only" database issue. Clayton was responsive both via email and telephone/remote service. Though partial resolution to the problem was resolved, Clayton suggested that my IT join the troubleshooting effort. Clayton provided step-by-step guidance for my IT to further troubleshoot, from which the issue was ultimately satisfactorily resolved. The root cause turned out to be a recent update to Avast Anti-Virus. Clayton was at all times Calm, Professional and Forthcoming in detailing the steps he was taking to resolve the issue. VNvery poor support, There are often errors, when I make a transaction I have to record a video as proof. I am having negative balance error when trading but nt8 does not resolve it for me and blames me with unreasonable reasons. I sent proof including photos and videos but you still haven't resolved it for me. terrible.

GBMy platform hung My platform hung, Scheduled a phone support. The tech was super knowledgeable, but what I liked to most was the ease of communication, he understood every thing I said and I understood him. He's sharp keep him, also I asked him how to duplicate a chart, he showed me how, it's so easy (once you know the magic trick) love the software and the support. Thanks
