GBSo glad Zackery has been working with my corrupted Ninja 8 platform for the last 2 days. Today he cleared my problem using "Team". While we had to repair the platform he was able to save my connections and most of my template info. He was very thorough and made sure I was back up and working with out any additional issues. This was done with a pleasant professional manner! Was very pleased with the outcome.

GBSoftware corrupted, system caused by several connection failures I was not able to connect to Ninja Trader and called Help desk. I received an email and filled in the information that included: phone number, problem, times I knew I would be available and the help software I already had on my computer. It took Christopher only a few minutes to correct the problem. He was polite, easy to talk to as I explained the problem and how he corrected the problem. Great job, thanks, Lyle

DOOften times people take their time to… Often times people take their time to write a negative review based on a bad interaction very few take thr time to write a good one. I had an amazing interaction with my support agent. He was very kind knowledgeable and thorough he went above and beyond the call of duty by helping me connect all of my account.
