GBJoshua's help in customer service was… Joshua's help in customer service was OUTSTANDING. I trade Tradovate which Ninja Trader ownes and operates as a second trading platform. He help on three totally unrelated problems with answers and links supporting his response. I have not had such support like this in years by ANY company. GBSoftware corrupted, system caused by several connection failures I was not able to connect to Ninja Trader and called Help desk. I received an email and filled in the information that included: phone number, problem, times I knew I would be available and the help software I already had on my computer. It took Christopher only a few minutes to correct the problem. He was polite, easy to talk to as I explained the problem and how he corrected the problem. Great job, thanks, Lyle

SGAdrain B Adrain B, was excellent in following up. Our time zone difference was between changes in Daylight Savings times and Singapore. Their day is close to my midnight. Adrain was polite and effective in reinstalling my NinjaTrader 8 to my local computer, rather than the previous install that went to OneDrive automatically, without my knowledge. Adrian was able to migrate my templates and settings over correctly, without me having to redo them again. It Saved me a lot of Time! Thank you Adrian B. (of NinjaTrader 8 Technical Support) once again!
