Joseph was excellent! Just had an initial orientation session with Joseph C. He was very professional, very knowledgeable, and quite helpful getting me set up to begin simulation trading on Ninjatrader. Joseph told me to reach back out to him whenever I need more help and I'll certainly do that.

Clayton was exceptional in all matters Clayton was exceptional in all matters. His response time was so prompt over a 5 or so day period we messaged back and forth. Typically dealing with larger companies, I expect 24 hours or so at the earliest. I was getting responses sometimes in the matter of minutes. He went well above and beyond to help me with running test, trying different data providers, trying different indicators and so on. I really appreciate everything Clayton did and leaving a small note here to compliment him, is the least I could do for all the time and effort he put into helping me.

Joshua's help in customer service was… Joshua's help in customer service was OUTSTANDING. I trade Tradovate which Ninja Trader ownes and operates as a second trading platform. He help on three totally unrelated problems with answers and links supporting his response. I have not had such support like this in years by ANY company.
