He not only took care of everything I needed, but went beyond by informing me of so many things that could help me that I would have never known to ask for. Joshua's help in customer service was… Joshua's help in customer service was OUTSTANDING. I trade Tradovate which Ninja Trader ownes and operates as a second trading platform. He help on three totally unrelated problems with answers and links supporting his response. I have not had such support like this in years by ANY company. Clayton was exceptional in all matters Clayton was exceptional in all matters. His response time was so prompt over a 5 or so day period we messaged back and forth. Typically dealing with larger companies, I expect 24 hours or so at the earliest. I was getting responses sometimes in the matter of minutes. He went well above and beyond to help me with running test, trying different data providers, trying different indicators and so on. I really appreciate everything Clayton did and leaving a small note here to compliment him, is the least I could do for all the time and effort he put into helping me.

very poor support, There are often errors, when I make a transaction I have to record a video as proof. I am having negative balance error when trading but nt8 does not resolve it for me and blames me with unreasonable reasons. I sent proof including photos and videos but you still haven't resolved it for me. terrible.

So glad Zackery has been working with my corrupted Ninja 8 platform for the last 2 days. Today he cleared my problem using "Team". While we had to repair the platform he was able to save my connections and most of my template info. He was very thorough and made sure I was back up and working with out any additional issues. This was done with a pleasant professional manner! Was very pleased with the outcome.
