DOOften times people take their time to… Often times people take their time to write a negative review based on a bad interaction very few take thr time to write a good one. I had an amazing interaction with my support agent. He was very kind knowledgeable and thorough he went above and beyond the call of duty by helping me connect all of my account. THNinjaTrader is ripping you off I deeply regret having bought the NinjaTrader Lifetime license 5 years ago. I can't even open an account with my purchased lifetime license. There is no response to emails and if the support respond, they are absolutely not helpful. This is by far the worst customer service I have encountered. Nobody cares that I have paid a lot of money for the software that I can't access today. It's all about cashing in. Before purchasing NinjaTrader, I received of course all the attention.
