SGAdrain B Adrain B, was excellent in following up. Our time zone difference was between changes in Daylight Savings times and Singapore. Their day is close to my midnight. Adrain was polite and effective in reinstalling my NinjaTrader 8 to my local computer, rather than the previous install that went to OneDrive automatically, without my knowledge. Adrian was able to migrate my templates and settings over correctly, without me having to redo them again. It Saved me a lot of Time! Thank you Adrian B. (of NinjaTrader 8 Technical Support) once again!

GBSo glad Zackery has been working with my corrupted Ninja 8 platform for the last 2 days. Today he cleared my problem using "Team". While we had to repair the platform he was able to save my connections and most of my template info. He was very thorough and made sure I was back up and working with out any additional issues. This was done with a pleasant professional manner! Was very pleased with the outcome.

THNinjaTrader is ripping you off I deeply regret having bought the NinjaTrader Lifetime license 5 years ago. I can't even open an account with my purchased lifetime license. There is no response to emails and if the support respond, they are absolutely not helpful. This is by far the worst customer service I have encountered. Nobody cares that I have paid a lot of money for the software that I can't access today. It's all about cashing in. Before purchasing NinjaTrader, I received of course all the attention.
