I had an amazing interaction with my support agent. He was very kind knowledgeable and thorough he went above and beyond the call of duty by helping me connect all of my account. GBMy platform hung My platform hung, Scheduled a phone support. The tech was super knowledgeable, but what I liked to most was the ease of communication, he understood every thing I said and I understood him. He's sharp keep him, also I asked him how to duplicate a chart, he showed me how, it's so easy (once you know the magic trick) love the software and the support. Thanks

THNinjaTrader is ripping you off I deeply regret having bought the NinjaTrader Lifetime license 5 years ago. I can't even open an account with my purchased lifetime license. There is no response to emails and if the support respond, they are absolutely not helpful. This is by far the worst customer service I have encountered. Nobody cares that I have paid a lot of money for the software that I can't access today. It's all about cashing in. Before purchasing NinjaTrader, I received of course all the attention.

GBJoshua's help in customer service was… Joshua's help in customer service was OUTSTANDING. I trade Tradovate which Ninja Trader ownes and operates as a second trading platform. He help on three totally unrelated problems with answers and links supporting his response. I have not had such support like this in years by ANY company.
