Adrian focused in on the problem immediately and had me up and running in less than 15 minutes. GBI can't speak to what the company is… I can't speak to what the company is doing well but the young lady that assisted with the issues I was having was a delightful and pleasant as she resolved my issues.

THNinjaTrader is ripping you off I deeply regret having bought the NinjaTrader Lifetime license 5 years ago. I can't even open an account with my purchased lifetime license. There is no response to emails and if the support respond, they are absolutely not helpful. This is by far the worst customer service I have encountered. Nobody cares that I have paid a lot of money for the software that I can't access today. It's all about cashing in. Before purchasing NinjaTrader, I received of course all the attention.

GBJoshua's help in customer service was… Joshua's help in customer service was OUTSTANDING. I trade Tradovate which Ninja Trader ownes and operates as a second trading platform. He help on three totally unrelated problems with answers and links supporting his response. I have not had such support like this in years by ANY company. Thank you Joshua you are a credit to the words "customer service". Marc
