Horrible customer service, and online support I have not been able to access my account for about three or four months now due to having changed my phone number. I cannot complete the 2 step authentication. I have called Bluevine multiple times and waited at least 30 minutes to an hour to speak to a representative each stating that they have will change the number. Last few times I called. They said the number was changed, but whenever I go online and try to sign on it still asks to send a verification code to my old phone number.

What a great experience so far What a great experience so far. I spoke with Sanj Shah within 24 hours after opening our account and she not only explained all the great features Bluevine has to offer, she offered many helpful ideas and insight for the business as well. She seemed to really care about the success of my business. I haven’t heard from my prior bank in 7 years. Really loving Bluevine so far.
