GBI just started my business and open an… I just started my business and open an account with this "Bank". Everything set for the first deposit and start payments to everybody and SURPRISE my account is On Hold because they decided the day before that they a selfie with my license. Horrible customer service and no options just they say " I am sorry" Now I cannot pay anyone! Can you imagine how frustrating is that the first payment for your new business cannot be processed because they want a selfie!!

GBThe easiest bank account to open The easiest bank account to open! I had the account opened and I was logged into my dashboard in less than 30 minutes. The following morning I received a call from Sanj Shah to review my account. I was extremely impressed with her professionalism as she got to know my business and my plans for the account. GBHorrible customer service, and online support I have not been able to access my account for about three or four months now due to having changed my phone number. I cannot complete the 2 step authentication. I have called Bluevine multiple times and waited at least 30 minutes to an hour to speak to a representative each stating that they have will change the number. Last few times I called. They said the number was changed, but whenever I go online and try to sign on it still asks to send a verification code to my old phone number.

GBRacial Discrimination at Bluevine This bank just randomly makes up rules when they want to discriminate against you. If you attempt to open an account with them they will tell you what is required however, after they look into who you are they make up things that you need to make it extremely inconvenient for you or just flat out deny you an account with them at that point even though they previously approve your application. Their customer service is non existent and you will have no luck trying to find any recourse for being discriminated against. The worst experience I have ever had with any bank by far.
