Opening an account @ Bluevine From applying to getting the account setup, Bluevine has been excellent. Jesse Levine, our new account manager, reached out and was very impressed! Their customer service and fees are outstanding! I would highly recommend Bluevine to someone looking to use an online bank.

Horrible customer service, and online support I have not been able to access my account for about three or four months now due to having changed my phone number. I cannot complete the 2 step authentication. I have called Bluevine multiple times and waited at least 30 minutes to an hour to speak to a representative each stating that they have will change the number. Last few times I called. They said the number was changed, but whenever I go online and try to sign on it still asks to send a verification code to my old phone number.

Simple, free, pays 2% interest, great cust svc! Professional people in customer service who are empowered to help; very easy account application process; great online portal: love the bills section, same-day EFT's for $10 is great and SUPER FAST, like being able to pay 1099 contractors right from there, good debit card controls; and you just fixed one kinda big failing: now I can get 2 debit cards!! I have had a BV account for another business for like 10 years, and I love you guys. Oh, and I love the interest rate you pay on checking!!!
