USHorrible customer service, and online support I have not been able to access my account for about three or four months now due to having changed my phone number. I cannot complete the 2 step authentication. I have called Bluevine multiple times and waited at least 30 minutes to an hour to speak to a representative each stating that they have will change the number. Last few times I called. They said the number was changed, but whenever I go online and try to sign on it still asks to send a verification code to my old phone number.
