GBGreat Online Business Banking Excellent user interface. The two times I needed customer service, they were easy to reach via phone. Perks include free booklets of checks and no minimum deposits. Fast ACH transactions. The checks get cleared the same day when I use mobile deposit.

GBIt's horrible. Just don't. It's horrible. Debit/credit refunds take 7 business days, while at any other typical bank, they're immediate. Direct deposits take 4 entire business days, so basically 5 business days, while other banks process them immediately or overnight. The Customer Service reps are offshore, and they typically just repeat exactly the same information you see on your dashboard without adding any value whatsoever. They do not even know what an ACH transaction is and don't have any mechanism to track ACH transaction tracking numbers which any bank in the entire SWIFT network is able to do. It's just horribly frustrating working with them and as soon as I can, I'm taking my business elsewhere. You should save yourself the trouble.

GBSimple, free, pays 2% interest, great cust svc! Professional people in customer service who are empowered to help; very easy account application process; great online portal: love the bills section, same-day EFT's for $10 is great and SUPER FAST, like being able to pay 1099 contractors right from there, good debit card controls; and you just fixed one kinda big failing: now I can get 2 debit cards!! I have had a BV account for another business for like 10 years, and I love you guys. Oh, and I love the interest rate you pay on checking!!!

GBGreat service My experience with Bluevine has been fantastic. Setting up accounts has been painless and the associates are excellent. I recently received a call from Julia and I appreciate that someone reached out to me to discuss my needs and make me aware of some features that Bluevine had available. I have had banking relationships with other institutions for years and never heard from anyone. Was nice to feel valued.
