Sure I agree with everyone that the initial fees are next to outrageous but since I'm working on rebuilding my credit it's understandable that they're taking a risk and there's a price for the risk... BUT.. where else can you get a card with a $400 limit and 6 months later have it turn into an $800 limit which works wonders for your Utilization Ratio bringing your score up...
