Autumn was wonderful Autumn was kind, prepared, attentive, knowledgeable, prompt and amazingly capable. She is, for lack of better words, the blueprint of what a great customer service representative should be, and this comes from someone who worked in the field for quite some time. To summarize, give Autumn a raise-and a promotion. She rocks!

I spoke with someone named Charles I spoke with someone named Charles. He helped me to correct a problem concerning my deposit. He was kind courteous, and he seemed to go above and beyond to help me.

If I could give this company no stars I… If I could give this company no stars I would. The customer service is horrible. I applied for the card and accidentally sent the wrong address because I was in the process of relocating to a different address. The card went to the incorrect address. When I called to have it corrected, I got an automated machine that gave no options on what dept I needed to go to. Then after the second attempt it asked for an account number which I didn't have. So, I had to go online and call another number the customer service rep transferred me back to the automated machine! So, I called the number again to get a hold of an actual person, they tell me they can't correct my address and issue me another card. They say they need proof of address for my security. I'M THE ONE CALLING IT IN!!! Like what sense does that make?!?!? I told them to just refund my application fee. And I will apply for another credit card. I have a feeling I really dodged a bullet with this one.
