GBMake sure to ask the cost when negotiation is done my issue is that when having my Verizon bill negotiated it wasn’t made clear what the cost of the service would be or when the charge would post. I was not expecting a charge, which may have been my mistake, but had the Trim rep recapped what he did and also the cost I at least would’ve known I would be charged. I also could have asked when the charge would post which would have been useful info.

GBTrim definitely worked for me. Trim was recommended by my son so I thought i'd give it a try. Trim staff kept me informed along the way but I didn't know how it was all going to work so didn't want to leave a review until I saw the results Got my Spectrum bill today and the much wanted reduction was there.
