They have been a great help with cancelling my unwanted subscriptions and negotiating different bills. Even getting a refund for me when subscriptions are cancelled. Make sure to ask the cost when negotiation is done my issue is that when having my Verizon bill negotiated it wasn’t made clear what the cost of the service would be or when the charge would post. I was not expecting a charge, which may have been my mistake, but had the Trim rep recapped what he did and also the cost I at least would’ve known I would be charged. I also could have asked when the charge would post which would have been useful info.

Trim will save you money This is my third year using Trim's services. Each year, they've saved me hundreds of dollars on my cable internet bill.
