USAlmost cost me $20/mo more Negotiator was constantly talking to me, which kind of counteracted the whole idea of someone handling negotiations for me, and it just over complicated what could have been me talking directly to a Verizon representative. The negotiator switched me to a plan without hotspots to save $10, but my old plan had hotspots and in order to have hotspots again on the new plan, I would have to pay $10 per line on 3 different lines. Definitely not a savings to me. Then they spent over an hour telling me we couldn’t switch it back to my old plan before finally switching it back. Super stressful, frustrating waste of time that almost ended up costing me money instead of saving it.
