Able to cancel the uncancellable I've been trying to cancel a VOIP service (Nextiva) for over 6 months. They would only cancel over the phone, and Nextiva would intentionally drop calls, hang up or there would be no audio on the line. I contacted the BBB twice to report them with no success. I Tried Trim by OneMain. We were able to cancel the service after just a few days.

Make sure to ask the cost when negotiation is done my issue is that when having my Verizon bill negotiated it wasn’t made clear what the cost of the service would be or when the charge would post. I was not expecting a charge, which may have been my mistake, but had the Trim rep recapped what he did and also the cost I at least would’ve known I would be charged. I also could have asked when the charge would post which would have been useful info.

We were told that our comcast bill was… We were told that our comcast bill was negotiated to give us a monthly savings of approximately $40, but that was not the case. Nothing changed, there was no savings and only a charge from trim.

I tried to use a similar service with... I tried to use a similar service with Rocket Money and they just provided me the steps to cancel my subscription. When Trim popped up on my account I decided to give it a try. I am beyond happy with this service. Everyone knows how hard it is to get out of gym membership subscriptions and Trim was able to do it for me. I didn't have to do a thing but provide some info. Thank you, Trim.
