Big difference between a couple of years ago and now When I first started using Trim for my phone and ISP bills, they negotiated significant savings. I was surprised to recently get a text about my Cox bill, as it's been at least two years since hearing last from Trim. I was looking forward to seeing what my savings would be and was disappointed it was a one time credit of $16. The folks at Trim seem to have lost their magic touch.

Horrible experience with Trim Before you began negotiating my Comcast bill, I was paying $280/month. Then Trim got involved and changed my plan without informing me of the impact - my family lost 130 HOURS of recorded programs because you slashed our DVR service, and you also canceled our Netflix benefit (costing $15.49/month). Then you tried to get those benefits back, raising my bill to $304/month. Now, over a week later you still haven't resolved the issue, and I've had to waste my time going back and forth with your reps. The two values of Trim for me were (1) saving time and (2) saving money. You have successfully negated both of those benefits.

Extremely helpful! Trim negotiated a $20 discount effective immediately on our phone bill. With inflation and some unexpected medical bills that have popped up recently this is extremely helpful, and I didn’t even realize it was available to us. I’ve told all my family and friends about it! The agent I spoke to by text was friendly and all I needed to do was provide my phone bill and wait.

Very easy Very easy, didn’t have to do much of anything for them to negotiate my bills and it actually did work and save me money on a few occasions. It’s also handy for putting a little bit of money away without having to think about it or do anything.

Trim definitely worked for me. Trim was recommended by my son so I thought i'd give it a try. Trim staff kept me informed along the way but I didn't know how it was all going to work so didn't want to leave a review until I saw the results Got my Spectrum bill today and the much wanted reduction was there. Bottom line - I was very happy with my trim experience and will recommend it whenever I can. Thanks.
