Able to cancel the uncancellable I've been trying to cancel a VOIP service (Nextiva) for over 6 months. They would only cancel over the phone, and Nextiva would intentionally drop calls, hang up or there would be no audio on the line. I contacted the BBB twice to report them with no success. I Tried Trim by OneMain. We were able to cancel the service after just a few days.

Almost cost me $20/mo more Negotiator was constantly talking to me, which kind of counteracted the whole idea of someone handling negotiations for me, and it just over complicated what could have been me talking directly to a Verizon representative. The negotiator switched me to a plan without hotspots to save $10, but my old plan had hotspots and in order to have hotspots again on the new plan, I would have to pay $10 per line on 3 different lines. Definitely not a savings to me. Then they spent over an hour telling me we couldn’t switch it back to my old plan before finally switching it back. Super stressful, frustrating waste of time that almost ended up costing me money instead of saving it.

There free cancelation feature is…awesome There free cancelation feature is great. It got my gym subscription canceled and I didn't even have to go in to get it done.

Trim is a money saver! Another money saving year thanks to Trim, they have saved me hundreds a year in cable and internet bills. I reach out to Trim everytime the cable company tries to jack up my monthly bill and every time ive recieved a discount of some sort.

Very easy Very easy, didn’t have to do much of anything for them to negotiate my bills and it actually did work and save me money on a few occasions. It’s also handy for putting a little bit of money away without having to think about it or do anything.
