Fantastic credit, helluva paying job and no loan, no refinance , no better heloc, no offer at all just we will call you November maybe, no word no nothing…..asked 10 check stubs and still could not underwrite it on a paid for home worth over twice the original loan amount.

It takes much longer to get qualified for a loan than their advertising says. They give you the impression you can get your loan as soon as tomorrow. Everyone I had contact with was personable energetic and patient. We talked laughed and had a pleasant experience and still got the job at hand taken care of. The tasks that were passed down could have been less in my opinion but then I'm not sure why you needed some of the verifications but I guess some people aren't straight up and forward with their info.

“Quicken” is an appropriate name! The loan representative has been very kind and helpful throughout this entire process. I felt like he took a personal interest in our situation. Things moved along very quickly. The only downside is that some of the timelines felt pushy and left little wiggle room.

I have used them multiple times over… I have used them multiple times over the years, always with great qualified and enthusiastic young people. This last time was the same experience I have come to expect, however my one complaint would be that I was told how much money I would receive in my pocket at closing. That sum was reduced by $1900 with no explanation. I believe I have figured it out but would have been nice to have been communicated with.
