I honestly don’t believe that any other… I honestly don’t believe that any other bank or mortgage company could provide a better service. The staff are friendly, understanding, compassionate and are there for your interests 110%. I refer anyone I can and will continue to do so.

I have used them multiple times over… I have used them multiple times over the years, always with great qualified and enthusiastic young people. This last time was the same experience I have come to expect, however my one complaint would be that I was told how much money I would receive in my pocket at closing. That sum was reduced by $1900 with no explanation. I believe I have figured it out but would have been nice to have been communicated with.

Ian has been amazing Ian has been amazing, keeping me informed via personal phone call and or email every step of the way. Very personable and professional. Making sure I am familiar of everything going on and understanding all of it. This is our 2nd time using Quicken / Rocket and this time is by far much more convenient and enjoyable.

Don’t get your hopes up! They Lie! Fantastic credit, helluva paying job and no loan, no refinance , no better heloc, no offer at all just we will call you November maybe, no word no nothing…..asked 10 check stubs and still could not underwrite it on a paid for home worth over twice the original loan amount.
