My agent was on top of things that… My agent was on top of things that matter to me, and was most favorable in how she handled things regarding our re-finance. This is my second experience with Rocket Mortgage, and both have been very professional in their outcome thus far.

I honestly don’t believe that any other… I honestly don’t believe that any other bank or mortgage company could provide a better service. The staff are friendly, understanding, compassionate and are there for your interests 110%. I refer anyone I can and will continue to do so.

Bad review You guys did really bad this time around. You switched me from one loan processor to another. I had to constantly repeat information and resend documents. You called yourself helping by giving me a $300. increased monthly payment and a double finance rate!!!

Quicken isn't so quick Have my quicken account linked with TDbank and it still will not balance. My ledger and the TDbank account balance perfectly, yet quicken is always off. Complained for a year. We use it for a men's golf league and we'll be moving on next year to something that works.
