Bad review You guys did really bad this time around. You switched me from one loan processor to another. I had to constantly repeat information and resend documents. You called yourself helping by giving me a $300. increased monthly payment and a double finance rate!!!

I recently closed with Rocket Mortgage I recently closed with Rocket Mortgage, also known as Qiicken . I never saw things move along so quick and smooth . I had to do very little as it was all in there hands. I highly recommend this company to anyone . Everyone I dealt with was so helpful, ready to go that extra mile for you. It takes much longer to get qualified for a loan than their advertising says. They give you the impression you can get your loan as soon as tomorrow. Everyone I had contact with was personable energetic and patient. We talked laughed and had a pleasant experience and still got the job at hand taken care of. The tasks that were passed down could have been less in my opinion but then I'm not sure why you needed some of the verifications but I guess some people aren't straight up and forward with their info.

Home Refinancing. We contacted the business and got really excellent advise on how we go about refinancing our home. They were very helpful and explained the steps to go through and helped us through the transaction. We would recommend this company any time.

I have used them multiple times over… I have used them multiple times over the years, always with great qualified and enthusiastic young people. This last time was the same experience I have come to expect, however my one complaint would be that I was told how much money I would receive in my pocket at closing. That sum was reduced by $1900 with no explanation. I believe I have figured it out but would have been nice to have been communicated with.
