Shared my information with multiple… Shared my information with multiple companies, started getting non stop calls for days after, can’t get out the list to not be called. A nightmare

Bad review You guys did really bad this time around. You switched me from one loan processor to another. I had to constantly repeat information and resend documents. You called yourself helping by giving me a $300. increased monthly payment and a double finance rate!!!

I have used them multiple times over… I have used them multiple times over the years, always with great qualified and enthusiastic young people. This last time was the same experience I have come to expect, however my one complaint would be that I was told how much money I would receive in my pocket at closing. That sum was reduced by $1900 with no explanation. I believe I have figured it out but would have been nice to have been communicated with.
