The realtor was awesome The realtor assigned to me was awesome. Communication between us was the key. She really made the process easy and was a book full of information. Not one question I asked went unanswered. When I signed on to my portal the fast communication continued. Very helpful with any questions I had or worries.

The agent I was assigned was awful The agent I was assigned was awful. In the entire process I never met her nor did any kind of face to face meeting. She failed to show up to showings or inspections. She would give us inaccurate information and would wait till the end of the day to update us leaving us no time to follow up or correct anything pushing everything back a day every time she did it. Chose your own agent and don’t let them assign one for you.

Divvy, The Helpful Professional Team I went through an unfortunate mortgage experience, and lost my home, not because of financial reason. I heard about Divvy and contacted them. I worked with a realty professional Megan and she helped find a beautiful home. I was able to close the deal and move in with 3 weeks! Divvy doesn’t care about your neighborhood Altruistic-Relief581 • 1m ago Divvy is selling a home in our neighborhood and hands out the code to get the key to anyone that calls. This is what happened next door to the home I live in and own. Then, after a few people got in the box and took the key, they changed the lock, ansked the mailman (in front of me) for a change of address, and now they are squatting in the house and cops can’t evict them. Having pool parties, smoking something that smells like week I. Front of my house, two dogs, and a baby, and DIVVY is taking no responsibility for it and leaving me to deal with fights next door to where I live.

Awesome experience Awesome experience. I just feel that the price does not align with the original vision of the founder. I feel that if the program is truly to help people get back on their feet or immigrants a leverage then the price is a just too high compared to the running costs and actual mortgage Divvy pays to the bank. Although, I’m grateful o can but state and warn others to ensure they work hard to jump out.
