I feel that if the program is truly to help people get back on their feet or immigrants a leverage then the price is a just too high compared to the running costs and actual mortgage Divvy pays to the bank. Although, I’m grateful o can but state and warn others to ensure they work hard to jump out.

Finnie Family First Home This is our first home. The agent who helped to process the paperwork was so helpful and informative. And the consequent teams that reached out to aid in the closing process were very respondent as issues in closing details, dates, and other information came through and would need our response. A couple hiccups happened here and there with the Home Evaluation findings and steps for paying fees but we were very satisfied with the process. And we are enjoying our home. Thanks Divvy Team

Great company Divvy was polite, professional, courteous, and amazingly fast. We started this process in early August and we’re in our new home by 1 October. Everything is clear and easy to understand. Everything that was expected of me was made very clear I would and have recommended Divvy to friends already.

The real estate market may be the wrong place for Divvy Divvy is just another landlord and rent prices are nearly double the market rate. The approved purchase amounts are much lower than mortgage companies. It's cheaper to rent a place from a property management company until you're approved by a traditional lender. If the pricing is automated, the algorithm is off. The good part is they do a soft credit inquiry for pre-approval. Make sure you shop around and remember that you are a renter first when it comes to this company.

The realtor was awesome The realtor assigned to me was awesome. Communication between us was the key. She really made the process easy and was a book full of information. Not one question I asked went unanswered. When I signed on to my portal the fast communication continued. Very helpful with any questions I had or worries.
