I have been trying to contact someone I have been trying to contact someone left several messages. I left at the end of November, because the house had so many problems, so I stop paying rent advising divvy of all the issues. The A/C pan in the ceiling kept flooding so ceiling fell over the kitchen area. I advised them so they sent a sub-par repair company and they did a terrible job and was late. I had advised you all to send someone else you sent to same company. This was initially a great experience, however things changed. I was even infomed I would get $500.00 credit if I kept a hottub, never received... I was so excited, but their business model didn't work for me.... No I have been waitng almost 2 months for a savings refund.... NO ANSWER after all the calls .....

DIVVY TITLE I worked with Deanna Stout as the escrow agent on my most recent transaction. Though there were some issues that arose throughout the process, she and her team came through for the buyer and our brokerage. Great communication! I cannot speak on the sales side of DIVVY homes, or their mortgage department, but title came through in a pinch.

Kitchen Fire Disaster We had a kitchen fire. The entire kitchen had to be gutted and the livingroom, dining room and bedroom had smoke damage. Well, Divvy rehabbed everything! They had the kitchen sheet rocked and painted, brand new countertops,cabinets, and sink installed. They painted the rooms that had been smoke damaged. We also have 2 gapping holes behind our air handler that the plumbers had done in order to fix the guest bathtub. The holes have been patched, and painted! They even compensated us for the inconvenience while the repairs took place. They did an Outstanding job!

The realtor was awesome The realtor assigned to me was awesome. Communication between us was the key. She really made the process easy and was a book full of information. Not one question I asked went unanswered. When I signed on to my portal the fast communication continued. Very helpful with any questions I had or worries.
