And the consequent teams that reached out to aid in the closing process were very respondent as issues in closing details, dates, and other information came through and would need our response. A couple hiccups happened here and there with the Home Evaluation findings and steps for paying fees but we were very satisfied with the process. And we are enjoying our home. Thanks Divvy Team

Could not ask for a better responce to a bad situation. Every interaction I've had has been good. We recently had a maintenance issue due to outside forces (city sewage) and while it's been a nightmare for my family, Divvy has been extremely responsive, almost too responsive, if there can be such a thing. Being so attentive during a bad situation is certainly appreciated.

Worst living experience in 38 years Worst living experience in 38 years of living. House was inspected and they only listed minor problems. After moving in, all sewage lines backed up, every water pipe in the house leaked, the main shut off valve was even broken. The garage floods, but they won't touch it because it's "not their responsibility". They did finally finish repairing everything needed, just before my 2nd year started. I couldn't get a mortgage in my first year so now the price of the house went up another 20k as per contract, so I will not be buying. I personally regret putting my family thru this whole situation.

Great company Divvy was polite, professional, courteous, and amazingly fast. We started this process in early August and we’re in our new home by 1 October.
