Avoid! If there is a natural disaster, you will be left hanging Everything went well to move in until our home was flooded during hurricane Ian. Took forever (2+ months) for them to get contractors out to repair. House was torn up for months. No functioning bathrooms. Eventually cancelled lease option contract as the home was unlivable, and contract states you get all funds initially contributed back within 45 days. Going on 60 days of termination with no refund. Extremely slow response to emails. Very poor customer experience. Doubt I would ever pursue that again. About to contact BBB and other remedies. Talk about making a poor unfortunate situation worse. All due to natural disaster. Buyer beware.

Finnie Family First Home This is our first home. The agent who helped to process the paperwork was so helpful and informative. And the consequent teams that reached out to aid in the closing process were very respondent as issues in closing details, dates, and other information came through and would need our response. A couple hiccups happened here and there with the Home Evaluation findings and steps for paying fees but we were very satisfied with the process. And we are enjoying our home. Thanks Divvy Team

I feel that if the program is truly to help people get back on their feet or immigrants a leverage then the price is a just too high compared to the running costs and actual mortgage Divvy pays to the bank. Kitchen Fire Disaster We had a kitchen fire. The entire kitchen had to be gutted and the livingroom, dining room and bedroom had smoke damage. Well, Divvy rehabbed everything! They had the kitchen sheet rocked and painted, brand new countertops,cabinets, and sink installed. They painted the rooms that had been smoke damaged. We also have 2 gapping holes behind our air handler that the plumbers had done in order to fix the guest bathtub. The holes have been patched, and painted! They even compensated us for the inconvenience while the repairs took place. They did an Outstanding job!
