GB“Upgrading” policy is the BEST and cannot be found elsewhere The team at Buchroeder’s is amazing. We have been working with Buchroeder’s for 18 years and they deliver quality service every time. And We don’t live anywhere near Columbia. Their “upgrading” policy is simply the best, and not found anywhere else. Given the opportunity, I would not shop for jewelry anywhere else.

GBBy far the best jewelry store that I've… By far the best jewelry store that I've been in. Mills and his staff are extremely knowledgeable with the best pricing and selection. My fiance and I looked at every major jewelry store in KC and STL and nothing compared. The ring that we purchased was thousands less for a comparable one in STL. Buchroeders is the only place that I will shop!

GBGreat customer service and higher quality Great customer service. Higher quality products too. Other jewelry stores will sell lower quality diamonds that Buchroeder’s won’t sell. So you can be assured that you’re buying quality jewelry when you go to Buchroeder’s.

GBGREAT Customer service above and beyond! I called in a frenzy because I had an earring back stuck on my earring. It was Memorial Day weekend 2020 on Saturday 10 minutes before they close. I was told if I can get there they will stay open and get the earring back off. How many places would be so courteous and accommodating. Thank you for the great customer service and for your help, I am so appreciative.

I went in to get my wedding ring cleaned and replated, which they did in less than 10 minutes, and to get info about the design process for resetting my stones one day. They did a good job at providing info and not being sales-y, and then followed up with answers to some design questions via text later.
