There are many options in all different… There are many options in all different price ranges. That is probably the best aspect of shopping at Buchroeder’s. The associates were also very knowledgeable about the items in great detail.

The bracelet was absolutely gorgeous… The bracelet was absolutely gorgeous but unfortunately did not fit. Amy was so nice even walking me thru the steps to return it. She made everything so easy. The communication was fantastic! I will most certainly do business with her again and have already told my friends about the site! Thanks again.

Buchroeder's does a great job… Buchroeder's does a great job personalizing your experience and making you feel comfortable and educated in the process. It seems like they have a great selection. I know there was good options within with my budget as I shopped for an engagement ring. They also run some fun giveaways which are a nice bonus. I also like the follow-up service and care provided when we've needed to make adjustments to our rings.

Wonderful experience! Checked every box. Sara and the rest of the Buchroeders team made the ring buying experience great. They were extremely helpful in educating us, making us feel comfortable, and finding the right ring that met all our requirements. I would highly recommend Buchroeders to anyone who is looking at engagement rings, wedding rings, or any jewelry.

Payment plan issues... Staff told me wrong info... I was told I would be able to make qualifying payments on the ring I purchased until it was paid in full. Two months ago I received an email from Wells Fargo stating that the remaining balance needed to be paid off by the middle of May otherwise I would have to pay all interest that had accumulated since the purchase. So I had to divvy up $1200 in order to pay the ring off by May otherwise my balance would have been increased by $1000 of interest. The person at Buchroeder's had even told me not to worry about paying more than established rate otherwise it would not make the agreed upon payment plan worth it. Was not happy about this at all!!!
