I took my engagement ring/band to them after a horrible experience with another jeweler who had caused my center stone to become loose. Not only did Buchroeder’s tighten my stone, but they fixed the horribly poor sautering job done by the previous jeweler, checked my other stones, and completely took care of my ring! FOR FREE! I left almost crying happy tears of joy and felt completely taken care of while I was there. THANK YOU to the staff who took care of my ring as if I had bought it there originally. I’ll be back in the future and send everyone I know there!

My experience with Sara Sarno and the rest of the staff at Buchroeder's could not have gone any better. I knew next to nothing about engagement rings when I first went into the store but Sara broke it all down for me so it was easier to understand. I had a general idea of what I was looking for and Sara never strayed away from that look or tried to push me onto something I knew I did not want. My girlfriend at the time (now fiancé) went into the store with me the second time and she really enjoyed the experience and valued Sara's opinion during all of it. They really made a huge milestone moment in my life seem so simple and easy. I will use Buchroeder's for years to come.

My fiance and I looked at every major jewelry store in KC and STL and nothing compared. The ring that we purchased was thousands less for a comparable one in STL. Buchroeders is the only place that I will shop!
