GBGREAT Customer service above and beyond! I called in a frenzy because I had an earring back stuck on my earring. It was Memorial Day weekend 2020 on Saturday 10 minutes before they close. I was told if I can get there they will stay open and get the earring back off. How many places would be so courteous and accommodating. Thank you for the great customer service and for your help, I am so appreciative.

GB“Upgrading” policy is the BEST and cannot be found elsewhere The team at Buchroeder’s is amazing. We have been working with Buchroeder’s for 18 years and they deliver quality service every time. And We don’t live anywhere near Columbia. Their “upgrading” policy is simply the best, and not found anywhere else. Given the opportunity, I would not shop for jewelry anywhere else.

The customer service that they provided was outstanding. Seth sent me pictures of the Rolex that I was considering including both boxes, both hang tags, the Rolex warranty card, etc... so I knew that I was purchasing a complete set. Seth spent the time talking with me until I felt that all of my questions had been answered. The Rolex was shipped across country overnight and was well packaged.
