I saw one of Buchroeders’ vintage LV handbags on FB and messaged Elly to inquire on the price; she responded within minutes, and although that bag was out of my budget, she sent me a pic of a bag that was not only well within my budget, but was the size and style I was looking for, she even offered to bring it to my office for me to view in person! Long story short, two hours later I was standing in Buchroeders sipping a mimosa and buying my bag. I cannot recommend Elly or Buchroeders enough; exceptional customer service, beautiful bags, and Elly is like a ray of sunshine, I think she was as happy for me as I was about my new bag. I will never buy a luxury bag anywhere else. Happy, happy customer!

USBy far the best jewelry store that I've… By far the best jewelry store that I've been in. Mills and his staff are extremely knowledgeable with the best pricing and selection. My fiance and I looked at every major jewelry store in KC and STL and nothing compared. The ring that we purchased was thousands less for a comparable one in STL. Buchroeders is the only place that I will shop!

USPayment plan issues... Staff told me wrong info... I was told I would be able to make qualifying payments on the ring I purchased until it was paid in full. Two months ago I received an email from Wells Fargo stating that the remaining balance needed to be paid off by the middle of May otherwise I would have to pay all interest that had accumulated since the purchase. So I had to divvy up $1200 in order to pay the ring off by May otherwise my balance would have been increased by $1000 of interest. The person at Buchroeder's had even told me not to worry about paying more than established rate otherwise it would not make the agreed upon payment plan worth it. Was not happy about this at all!!!

USGreat customer service and higher quality Great customer service. Higher quality products too. Other jewelry stores will sell lower quality diamonds that Buchroeder’s won’t sell. So you can be assured that you’re buying quality jewelry when you go to Buchroeder’s.

I went in to get my wedding ring cleaned and replated, which they did in less than 10 minutes, and to get info about the design process for resetting my stones one day. They did a good job at providing info and not being sales-y, and then followed up with answers to some design questions via text later.
