This was the first time when applying for a loan which, requires pulling together a lot of information and data, that I did not feel worn out during the process. Mr. Chris Zajec and Mrs. Abby Giordano did all the hard work in record time so all I had to do is show up at closing and sign paperwork. I am thrilled to have been approved by the best reverse mortgage company in the industry. OneReverse has excellent professionals helping customers improve their everyday life financially. I feel fantastic plus I am going to tell all my friends who to call for a reverse mortgage.

The whole process was a little… The whole process was a little unnerving because it involved our biggest asset and we were not sure we were doing the right thing. With the help of our loan officer, Richard Martin and his team, we glided through the process and felt reassured and more confident we made the right decision.

Waiting on if interest rate lowered but no call. I reacted immediately when they requested items. I hate waiting when some one tells me they will do something and they don’t follow thru right away like I am not important. However Christopher has been great doing all the beginning work for the two closers thier the weak link that makes me not happy to give a five star report
