Great people to do business. The personnel were very busy people and we were working together at holiday time. Even if the person you wanted to speak with wasn’t available to take the call, they would generally return the call in around 15 minutes. We felt that they were on our side in any discussion. In any case, we closed our transaction and even did so in our home. Overall we’re very satisfied with the outcome.

The whole process was a little… The whole process was a little unnerving because it involved our biggest asset and we were not sure we were doing the right thing. With the help of our loan officer, Richard Martin and his team, we glided through the process and felt reassured and more confident we made the right decision.

I received the best service I received the best service, working with Grant and Abby on my Reverse Mortgage. Grant answered all my questions with knowledge and expertise, always returning my calls!
