Customer Service First I had been let down twice by unnecessary red tape and people who couldn't keep their word before finding Dale at Loan Star Financing. He did what he said he would do the first time and his staff always made time to answer my questions and keep me updated on the steps, process and timeline. Absolutely fantastic! My husband and I were first time home buyers. Charlie Bradham was so patient and knowledgable and quick on his feet. We had a heck of a time getting under contract, we got out bid 4 times, had one property fail inspection and another didn't appraise. In the mean time my husband and I both changed jobs, all the while Charlie was calm and organized and navigated our way through the whole process with seemingly effortless ease! Everyone we worked with, from our realtor to our title company etc had nothing but positive things to say about him as well.
