It could have been great. Russell Stout was excellent and worked really hard to help us through the loan process. He was informative and was knowledgable about our situation. Kimberly Cress was vague, wouldn't answer questions and once was willing to let our loan fall through instead of asking a few simple questions and being willing to fight for us. We were very satisfied with Russell and disappointed in Kimberly.

Absolutely fantastic! My husband and I were first time home buyers. Charlie Bradham was so patient and knowledgable and quick on his feet. We had a heck of a time getting under contract, we got out bid 4 times, had one property fail inspection and another didn't appraise.
