I cannot say a enough about Dale and… I cannot say a enough about Dale and his team. Absolutely the best people to work with, divorced female. They guided me the whole way through and explained every detail to me, and I must say, they had to explain things multiple times for me! Dale told me what I needed to do to improve my credit score to get a lower interest rate, and it worked! I don't know why I was surprised, I guess because I have been trying so long to get my score to improve and he made it happen. Thank you Lone Star Financing, especially Dale, you are the best!

Fantastic Service I have done several loans with Lone Star over the years. They have always been upfront on required documents, fees, interest rates, and closing dates. It could have been great. Russell Stout was excellent and worked really hard to help us through the loan process. He was informative and was knowledgable about our situation. Kimberly Cress was vague, wouldn't answer questions and once was willing to let our loan fall through instead of asking a few simple questions and being willing to fight for us. We were very satisfied with Russell and disappointed in Kimberly.
