Refinancing Dale and his team at Lonestar Financing are amazing! This is the 2nd time I have used Dale to refi a home and in both instances everything went smoothly without a hitch. On this last refi, Dale went out of his way to help me and he is a wealth of knowledge when it comes to refinancing and purchasing a home and will walk you through every step of the way. Great Experience! Dale was great in not only being available at all hours, but definitely held the hand of this first time home buyer. Everything was throughly explained, and I felt like my best interests we considered, as well as what I could afford and handle as a single mother. I have heard some horror stories with home buying, but I felt guided through the entire process with very minimal issues.

Amazing Service My Loan Officer was Dale. He did an amazing job in making me feel comfortable throughout the loan process. Fantastic Service I have done several loans with Lone Star over the years. They have always been upfront on required documents, fees, interest rates, and closing dates. Their communication was fantastic and their process easy. I hope I never buy another house, but if my wife makes me, I wouldn't use anybody else!!!!

It could have been great. Russell Stout was excellent and worked really hard to help us through the loan process. He was informative and was knowledgable about our situation. Kimberly Cress was vague, wouldn't answer questions and once was willing to let our loan fall through instead of asking a few simple questions and being willing to fight for us. We were very satisfied with Russell and disappointed in Kimberly.
