Leslie was easy to work with, always returned calls/emails promptly and made the process as seamless as possible. The only issue we had was the closing date had to be pushed back several times due to pushback from the broker.

From the very beginning of me… From the very beginning of me contacting Dale Gremillion he made me feel at ease with the whole refinance process. He understood my situation and told me what needed to be done in order make the process as smooth as possible. I took some time (2 months) to finally close on the loan but it got done! The length of time was due to my less than perfect credit but Dale told me exactly what needed to be paid off to bring my credit score up to get approved for the refi. I cannot say a enough about Dale and… I cannot say a enough about Dale and his team. Absolutely the best people to work with, divorced female. They guided me the whole way through and explained every detail to me, and I must say, they had to explain things multiple times for me! Dale told me what I needed to do to improve my credit score to get a lower interest rate, and it worked!
