He understood my situation and told me what needed to be done in order make the process as smooth as possible. I took some time (2 months) to finally close on the loan but it got done! The length of time was due to my less than perfect credit but Dale told me exactly what needed to be paid off to bring my credit score up to get approved for the refi.
