Fantastic Service I have done several loans with Lone Star over the years. They have always been upfront on required documents, fees, interest rates, and closing dates. Their communication was fantastic and their process easy. I hope I never buy another house, but if my wife makes me, I wouldn't use anybody else!!!!

From the very beginning of me… From the very beginning of me contacting Dale Gremillion he made me feel at ease with the whole refinance process. He understood my situation and told me what needed to be done in order make the process as smooth as possible. I took some time (2 months) to finally close on the loan but it got done! The length of time was due to my less than perfect credit but Dale told me exactly what needed to be paid off to bring my credit score up to get approved for the refi. I usually don't take time to write reviews, but Dale and his team deserve a 5 star rating in my book! Thanks again Dale for all your help!

An Excellent Experience We suddenly found ourselves in the market to buy a home, but our unique financial situation looked like it might prevent us from obtaining a mortgage. Lone Star Financing was able to make it work, though. Tami walked us through every step, always promptly answering our questions (which were plentiful as first-time homebuyers). She communicated with us throughout the entire process and really put us at ease with our decision. We were able to do the entire bulk of paperwork (submitting documents and eSigning contracts) online which was extremely convenient. Tami expedited the process for us as much as she could and ultimately, it was as painless and stress-free as buying a house can be. We could not have been more pleased with the level of service. Absolutely fantastic! My husband and I were first time home buyers. Charlie Bradham was so patient and knowledgable and quick on his feet. We had a heck of a time getting under contract, we got out bid 4 times, had one property fail inspection and another didn't appraise. In the mean time my husband and I both changed jobs, all the while Charlie was calm and organized and navigated our way through the whole process with seemingly effortless ease! Everyone we worked with, from our realtor to our title company etc had nothing but positive things to say about him as well. Should we ever develop enough amnesia to go through the San Antonio housing market again Charlie will be our first call!
