It could have been great. Russell Stout was excellent and worked really hard to help us through the loan process. He was informative and was knowledgable about our situation. Kimberly Cress was vague, wouldn't answer questions and once was willing to let our loan fall through instead of asking a few simple questions and being willing to fight for us. We were very satisfied with Russell and disappointed in Kimberly.

From the very beginning of me… From the very beginning of me contacting Dale Gremillion he made me feel at ease with the whole refinance process. He understood my situation and told me what needed to be done in order make the process as smooth as possible. I took some time (2 months) to finally close on the loan but it got done! The length of time was due to my less than perfect credit but Dale told me exactly what needed to be paid off to bring my credit score up to get approved for the refi. I usually don't take time to write reviews, but Dale and his team deserve a 5 star rating in my book! Thanks again Dale for all your help!

Customer Service First I had been let down twice by unnecessary red tape and people who couldn't keep their word before finding Dale at Loan Star Financing. He did what he said he would do the first time and his staff always made time to answer my questions and keep me updated on the steps, process and timeline. I would highly recommend them to any of my friends and family and I will definitely go back to him for any of my future loan needs.

Lonestar made home buying a dream come … Lonestar made home buying a dream come true for me. They have the absolute best customer service. Russell and Heidi made it all so easy for me. I had a horrible experience with another lender in the past and was very nervous to try again, they listened to my concerns and assured me that this experience would be different, and it was. They communicate very well, easy to reach and take the time to explain everything to put you at ease. I would recommend them to anyone, but especially first time buyers like myself. They are definitely top notch!
