Absolutely fantastic! My husband and I were first time home buyers. Charlie Bradham was so patient and knowledgable and quick on his feet. We had a heck of a time getting under contract, we got out bid 4 times, had one property fail inspection and another didn't appraise. In the mean time my husband and I both changed jobs, all the while Charlie was calm and organized and navigated our way through the whole process with seemingly effortless ease! Everyone we worked with, from our realtor to our title company etc had nothing but positive things to say about him as well. Kimberly Cress was vague, wouldn't answer questions and once was willing to let our loan fall through instead of asking a few simple questions and being willing to fight for us. We were very satisfied with Russell and disappointed in Kimberly.
