Lone Star Financing was able to make it work, though. Tami walked us through every step, always promptly answering our questions (which were plentiful as first-time homebuyers). She communicated with us throughout the entire process and really put us at ease with our decision. The only issue we had was the closing date had to be pushed back several times due to pushback from the broker.

Absolutely fantastic! My husband and I were first time home buyers. Charlie Bradham was so patient and knowledgable and quick on his feet. We had a heck of a time getting under contract, we got out bid 4 times, had one property fail inspection and another didn't appraise. In the mean time my husband and I both changed jobs, all the while Charlie was calm and organized and navigated our way through the whole process with seemingly effortless ease!
