I reached out to Bright regarding a duplicate account, given I had decided to give them another shot, and Sia was quick to answer my questions and help me delete my old account in order for me to be able to access the new one. I’m still hoping that the onboarding works and I’m able to use the app hassle-free, but if not I’ll reach out again.

GBIn my experience In my experience, a total scam. Don't trust them with your bank account or personal information, or let them lure you in with fake reviews. Beware, you will regret using them.
