They took the time to step by step walk me threw each part of the process and even confirmed back after each part . Honestly I never do surveys at the end but the service I was just provided while at that canceling my membership was quite knowledgeable and stress free process I had to take a moment and let others know ..:

USCustomer Service 5/5 Been checking in for a couple of days for a refund on my membership but to avail I didn’t get through for confirmation on this happening until agent Selena Smith was more than eager to share transaction time and when I should expect funds.
