Never In My Life Have I I had a recent exspirence with my membership that riyanka George. Not only were they able to assist me with my issue. They took the time to step by step walk me threw each part of the process and even confirmed back after each part . Honestly I never do surveys at the end but the service I was just provided while at that canceling my membership was quite knowledgeable and stress free process I had to take a moment and let others know ..:

I reached out to Bright regarding a duplicate account. I reached out to Bright regarding a duplicate account, given I had decided to give them another shot, and Sia was quick to answer my questions and help me delete my old account in order for me to be able to access the new one. I’m still hoping that the onboarding works and I’m able to use the app hassle-free, but if not I’ll reach out again.

I had some trouble with my membership… I had some trouble with my membership so I went straight to speak with support. I spoke with Riyanka and she was extremely supportive and informative! She worked with me and explained everything that was going on and helped me with my problem immediately… Thanks again Riyanka
