GBCustomer Service 5/5 Been checking in for a couple of days for a refund on my membership but to avail I didn’t get through for confirmation on this happening until agent Selena Smith was more than eager to share transaction time and when I should expect funds. I reached out to Bright regarding a duplicate account, given I had decided to give them another shot, and Sia was quick to answer my questions and help me delete my old account in order for me to be able to access the new one. I’m still hoping that the onboarding works and I’m able to use the app hassle-free, but if not I’ll reach out again.
