The refund process was very easy along with being personal without being intrusive. I recently needed help with some membership issues and I had a wonderful agent helping me out with all my questions and concerns, Valentina Ross. She went above and beyond for me and made sure everything was taking care of before ending our session. Great Customer Support I don’t do reviews, but I am happy to do this one for Gabrielle V. She was more than helpful with the issue I had about my premium membership. She took care of all the issues I had while being very patient with me. I was having problems with my phone, so she actually stepped in and took care of the problem.
