USI recently needed help with some… and the best agent assisting me Valentina Ross! I recently needed help with some membership issues and I had a wonderful agent helping me out with all my questions and concerns, Valentina Ross. She went above and beyond for me and made sure everything was taking care of before ending our session. If it wasn’t for her I would’ve still had issues and have to go back and have someone else assist me since the first agent that worked with me just sent me links ti go to and told me to do my request there. Valentina actually took the time and helped me and since I was having difficulties, she went ahead and started the process for me. Thank you Valentina!! USGreat Customer Support I don’t do reviews, but I am happy to do this one for Gabrielle V. She was more than helpful with the issue I had about my premium membership. She took care of all the issues I had while being very patient with me. I was having problems with my phone, so she actually stepped in and took care of the problem. You have no idea how grateful I am. She is a credit to Bright Money and I appreciate all that she did.
