I recently needed help with some membership issues and I had a wonderful agent helping me out with all my questions and concerns, Valentina Ross. She went above and beyond for me and made sure everything was taking care of before ending our session. If it wasn’t for her I would’ve still had issues and have to go back and have someone else assist me since the first agent that worked with me just sent me links ti go to and told me to do my request there. The refund process was very easy along with being personal without being intrusive.
