Penn Metals responded immediately and made the exchange for a replacement coin as seamless as possible. I have placed several other orders with the company and have been very pleased with their merchandise. I placed a few orders for vintage coins and their condition was better than I anticipated. I must admit I was a little worried … I must admit I was a little worried after listening to other peoples' reviews and not hearing much about the progress of my order from Penn M., but they stuck to their plan and sent out my order. I'm impressed with the company's perseverance to continue to do what's right in the thick of family health troubles and the closing of the company when they could have actually just taken the money and run like everybody thought they did. WOW! I have never been happier than I was when I checked my mailbox to see that I had received my Queen beast two-ounce silver coin. I'll tell you that after waiting the month for my preorder to come I was more anxious than an 8-year-old on Christmas eve.
