But fortunately going through the loan approval and closing process using Sistar Mortgage was made it easier for us. Loan Officer, Processors were very professional, explained every task, what is required and why it is required. Closed the loan on time. We are extremely with their service and professionalism.

worst customer service It was really worst customer service. We sent all the documents required at the beginning, but the loan processor repeatedly asked for them. She asked for the same document 3-4 times throughout the process, which was very frustrating. Communication was not clear as well. They did not send closing disclosure until we asked for it. It was a total mess working with them, and i would definitely not recommended it.
