worst customer service It was really worst customer service. We sent all the documents required at the beginning, but the loan processor repeatedly asked for them. She asked for the same document 3-4 times throughout the process, which was very frustrating. Communication was not clear as well. They did not send closing disclosure until we asked for it. It was a total mess working with them, and i would definitely not recommended it.

This was the worst experience I ever… This was the worst experience I ever had dealing with any so far in my life. There is ZERO accountability and there is NO communication between the teams. Bottomline, I feel they do not care much about customers. They made me run behind them for 5+ months to close a refinance; Finally what they did is make me lose the best rate I had and made me go with higher rate. I would never even think of working with them, forget about referring them to anyone
