Sistar Mortgage is your partner to give the best, unbelievable rates I approached Rajeev Gandhi in June, 2023 while we were closing a Condo in Holland, MI. Rajeev personally oversaw the the loan application process. He was kind and courteous in his dealings with me. The mortgage was successfully closed in July, 2023. While closing, our real estate agent and the closing officer noticed that we had a 5.875% interest on a 30 year mortgage without points and normal closing costs. They were amazed as they had not seen this rate in a while and the going rate was mostly 7 or 7+%. I thank Rajeev ji for his help on us buying this condo. worst customer service It was really worst customer service. We sent all the documents required at the beginning, but the loan processor repeatedly asked for them. She asked for the same document 3-4 times throughout the process, which was very frustrating. Communication was not clear as well. They did not send closing disclosure until we asked for it. It was a total mess working with them, and i would definitely not recommended it.
