Sistar Mortgage is your partner to give the best, unbelievable rates I approached Rajeev Gandhi in June, 2023 while we were closing a Condo in Holland, MI. Rajeev personally oversaw the the loan application process. He was kind and courteous in his dealings with me. The mortgage was successfully closed in July, 2023. This was the worst experience I ever… This was the worst experience I ever had dealing with any so far in my life. There is ZERO accountability and there is NO communication between the teams. Bottomline, I feel they do not care much about customers. They made me run behind them for 5+ months to close a refinance; Finally what they did is make me lose the best rate I had and made me go with higher rate.
