GBA Great Investment I became interested in Flock about six months before I met with Ari and Deepa. Those two are so sincere and I sensed immediately that they had my best interests in mind. The process after that meeting was without stress and my townhome became part of the Flock on September 1st. Jeremy was a great help on site as I completed paperwork with the notary. Chad is the best. He will totally take care of you as you wind your way to completion. I'm not taking distributions but reinvesting in the company.

GBEasy exit: Real Investment (not a buyout company) I held joint ownership to a great rental property, but my business partner's goals differed from mine. Both of wanted to keep rental income, and neither was ready to sell and pay cap gains. Flock provided an easy exit; turning our joint ownership in one property into shares so we we can operate independently. The Flock team has been very accessible, and although we had a few bumps as one of the very first homes, all of them stood by to to listen, support, and resolve. So far our cash flow has been at least what we had before (and I don't have to do a thing!) and values have increased in line with the market. I'm looking forward to the future growth and success of Flock homes and feel as if I'm part of something unique.

GBSkepticism Overcome My experience with Flock has been rewarding. I was leery at first because I had not been involved with a REIT, 721 Exchange. However, over the months I've been involved, I have found Flock to be like a family in the care of all my concerns and investment. The customer service is second to none with immediate response to inquiries each time I've needed to make contact. The statements and distributions are sent out on time and downloadable. "Business integrity" are the two words that best describe what I've come to believe about Flock's administration. I'm satisfied to be sheep in the flock, the family of FLOCK.

GBTrust is the most important ingredient Trust is the most important ingredient, but not the only ingredient needed. Honesty, integrity, insight, foresight, persistence, knowledge, communication skills, management skills, accounting skills, etc. Companies will have problems, but can they persist and beat the odds? Can they properly adjust? Flock Homes has these. Thinking of the set-up, the idea of gaining share by relieving landlords of their assets in a least taxable and most futuristic way is paramount. As landlords, we've experienced housing values go down and go up, but we knew long term, properly managed, these values will go up. For landlords, this is a way into retirement while still keeping future gains, all else being equal. I started this journey in the 1980s, and finished in January'2022 with Flock Homes. I don't think about my rentals now, I do get proper quarterly payments, and I concentrate on other investments as I wish.
